Ariel Skovera is a photographer and visual artist working in both Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, PA. Her work explores themes related to the passage of time, nostalgia for the past, and the changing interpretations of memory. 

In addition, Ariel heavily works with the alternative photo process know as the Cyanotype process. She creates photographic prints and photograms with this process, and incorporates it into her ongoing projects.
